First, we visit Kealakekua Bay, the historic landing site of Captain James Cook, home to sacred Hawaiian temples and a memorial to his legacy. Next, step into the past at Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park, a preserved place of refuge where ancient Hawaiian law was once enforced. Then, enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour at the Royal Kona Coffee Center, where you’ll learn how the island’s world-famous coffee is made. For lunch, we stop at a local poke shop, offering fresh island flavors with options for all diets. Afterward, take in the scenic sights of Ali‘i Drive on a drive-through of Kona’s most vibrant coastal stretch. This was the best excursion by far!! Brandon was our tour guide and he was PHENOMENAL!! He knew so much about so many different things pertaining to our tour and Hawaii in general, and he was really fun and funny. Not only did we see the Rainbow waterfall but were lucky enough to see Kilauea ERUPTING!!! Cafe Ono was also a fav highlight of mine as well the poké was delicious and the staff were so warm and welcoming the art was amazing, Plus so much more my boyfriend and I had the best time, we HIGHLY recommend it!!!
